Professor/Head Instructor
Coach Eric has been training martial arts for over 20 years.
Having discovered BJJ in 2006 via the UFC, he began training and never looked back.
He opened Infinum BJJ in 2015 with the hopes of spreading the benefits of jiu-jitsu, especially when he moved the business to Brantford in 2016.
Eric knows that the benefit of BJJ happens in the lifestyle improvements off the mats and uses/teaches BJJ as a vehicle for both physical and mental improvement.
Jungle Jitsu
Coach Matt has been working with kids for more than two decades and is an elementary school teacher by trade.
Since 2010, he has been teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to children of all ages in Toronto under Canadian blackbelt pioneer Marco Costa.
Coach Matt is excited to bring Jungle Jitsu to Brantford and looks forward to helping his students grow in cooperation, character, and confidence.
Freestyle Judo
Sensei Vince is a level 2 certified judo instructor. Since the bulk of training at the academy allows for grabbing the legs (illegal in Olympic judo).
Sensei Vince offers Freestyle Judo which provides a broader approach to throws and takedowns that translate to grappling arts outside of judo.
Kids's Coach
One of our longest running members at Infinum BJJ, Sophie started when she was just 10 years old and rose through the ranks into the adult class where she holds the record for fastest submission win in a tournament in Infinum BJJ history (7-second arm bar).
With over 7 years in the art, Sophie brings her years of experience mentoring other youth members to her coaching and serves as an example that all our kids can aspire.
(Sophie is also available for private lessons).
